		<abstract>It was used data collected during the meteorological experiment FLUAMAZON, which took place fromNov. 23-Dec. 21. This period corresponds to the transiction period between the dry and wet seasons on the region. The water vapor transport from the Atlantic Ocean was found as being the main source of moisture of the Amazon Region, and showed a mean component normal to the coast in the period of the experiment, of experiment, aproximately 274.5 Kg m-1 s-1 The diurnal variation of the terms of moisture balance equation (precipitable water and moisture flux), associated to local efects can be as intense as the daily variation of these variables, that are associated whith convective System of meso and sinotic scales whith have affected the region of the experiment.</abstract>
